Maria Gabrielle Photography
Austin and I went to Bridal Veil Falls last weekend for a photoshoot with my friend, Maria. She is an accomplished photographer, a master at her art. I based my dish on this recipe - used olive oil instead of bacon, only put in a little bit of water (maybe 1/4 to 1/2 cup) instead of 2 cups. But, now that I think about it...I only used 1/2 squash and zucchini so if I had used as much as the recipe had called for I would have needed more. Added dried cranberries (craisins?) some garlic powder, salt, and cinnamon.
